1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") apply to all users of the rbaeej platform, accessible at rbaeej.net and any associated mobile or web applications operated under the rbaeej brand. By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise interacting with any feature of the rbaeej platform, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of this Agreement in its entirety.

rbaeej reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this page. It is your responsibility as a registered player to review this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the rbaeej platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Where any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect the original intent of the parties as closely as possible. All other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The rbaeej platform is strictly available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. rbaeej enforces a strict 18+ policy and does not permit access to any person under the legal adult age. This restriction is non-negotiable and is applied regardless of local custom or parental consent.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual (natural person) for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or imposed, that would prohibit your use of online gambling platforms.
• You are not acting on behalf of a third party, sharing an account with another person, or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing platform rules.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and are not subject to any legal order that prevents you from doing so.

rbaeej conducts age and identity verification as part of the account approval process. You may be required to submit supporting documentation — including a government-issued photo ID and proof of address — before withdrawals are approved or bonus funds are released. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals.

Any account found to have been registered or used by a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately. Any funds in such an account — including deposits and winnings — will be forfeited in full. rbaeej takes underage gambling seriously and cooperates with all applicable safeguarding measures.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the rbaeej platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same or different identifying information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. rbaeej uses automated and manual detection methods to identify multiple accounts and will take action accordingly, including the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You agree to promptly update this information should it change. rbaeej will not be responsible for failed communications or payment processing issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rbaeej login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted under your account credentials will be treated as your own actions and will be subject to the terms of this Agreement. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify rbaeej support immediately at [email protected].

rbaeej will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling any additional security features available on the platform. rbaeej support staff will never ask for your full password — if you receive such a request, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to us immediately.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the rbaeej platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). rbaeej supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. Additional methods may be added or removed from time to time; the current list of supported methods will always be displayed in your account wallet section.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳1,000 for card and bank transfer methods. Deposits are credited to your rbaeej wallet upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary by method but typically complete within minutes for mobile money transactions conducted during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours (BST). rbaeej aims to complete withdrawal transactions within 24 hours of approval; however, processing times may extend during peak periods or where additional verification is required. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that you have previously used to deposit and that is registered in your verified account name.

Verification requirements: rbaeej operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. Withdrawals above certain thresholds, or first-time withdrawals, may require submission of identity and address documentation. Players who have not completed KYC verification may experience withdrawal processing delays. This policy exists to protect our players and to ensure the integrity of the platform's financial operations.

rbaeej is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system downtime, or public holidays in Bangladesh. All payment fees charged by external providers are the player's responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotional offer.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

rbaeej may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms which will be clearly published alongside each offer. The general principles governing all rbaeej bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. rbaeej reserves the right to exclude specific players or player groups from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are kept separate in your wallet. Real-money funds are used first; bonus funds are used only after real-money funds are exhausted, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or applied to bets that do not contribute to the stated wagering requirement.
• rbaeej reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or coordinated bonus harvesting across multiple accounts.
• Seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh events — such as BPL tournament offers, Pohela Boishakh bonuses, or Eid specials — are valid only for the stated promotional period and cannot be claimed retroactively.

rbaeej does not offer no-deposit bonuses unless specifically stated in a promotional communication sent to a verified account holder. Unsolicited third-party websites claiming to offer rbaeej no-deposit bonuses should be treated with caution — rbaeej is not responsible for claims made on third-party platforms.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the rbaeej platform are supplied by internationally recognised game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.

All RNG (Random Number Generator) slot and table games on rbaeej use certified random number generation engines that are tested and verified by independent technical laboratories. Live dealer games are operated under controlled studio conditions by licensed providers. rbaeej does not alter, manipulate, or interfere with game outcomes in any way.

In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, rbaeej's recorded server data will be the definitive reference for determining the outcome of the affected round. If a game round cannot be resolved due to a technical fault, the stakes placed on that round will be returned to the player's wallet. rbaeej's decisions on disputed game outcomes are final, subject to the player's right to raise a formal support query at [email protected].

• Sports betting: All cricket and sports markets are subject to the rules of the respective sport and the specific bet type selected. In-play bets accepted after a materially relevant event (such as the fall of a wicket or a goal being scored) may be voided at rbaeej's discretion.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports markets and are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.
• Payout limits: rbaeej applies a maximum single-transaction payout cap. This cap is communicated within the relevant game or market interface and may be updated from time to time.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the rbaeej platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent exclusion from the platform:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or contact information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate outcomes or exploit the platform's pricing models.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing mistakes — commonly called "sharping" or "arbing" — with the deliberate intent to extract guaranteed profit. Players who identify genuine errors are expected to report them to [email protected] immediately.
• Using the rbaeej platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or reverse-engineer any part of the rbaeej platform's back-end infrastructure, APIs, or game systems.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing a deposit transaction through your payment provider after funds have been used for betting purposes.

rbaeej cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh and internationally in matters relating to financial crime, fraud, and underage gambling. Information about accounts engaged in prohibited conduct may be shared with relevant authorities where required by law.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

Players may request the voluntary closure of their rbaeej account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, rbaeej will process any verified pending withdrawal of real-money funds before closing the account. Bonus balances and wagering-incomplete promotional funds will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

rbaeej reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or prohibited activity as described in Section 7.
• Confirmed age verification failure (player found to be under 18 years of age).
• Legal obligation — including receipt of a court order, law enforcement request, or regulatory directive — requiring account restriction or closure.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any funds in the account wallet will be held by rbaeej during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the funds will be released and the account restored or the withdrawal processed. If a breach is confirmed, funds may be forfeited to the extent permitted by the nature of the breach.

Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons — rather than a standard account closure — should refer to the rbaeej Responsible Gaming page for information on self-exclusion options, deposit limits, and session controls. Self-exclusion requests are handled separately from standard account closure and carry additional safeguards.

rbaeej's decision to suspend or close an account is final. Players who believe a suspension has been applied in error may submit a formal dispute to [email protected] with supporting documentation. All formal disputes will be reviewed within a reasonable timeframe and a written response provided.
